Gotta love War Magic

Activists who were assaulted by SAS people at Swan Island last week are thinking about taking legal action. Good idea, because more than a few people have made it clear they believe anything a soldier does immediately becomes okay. Gotta love War Magic, where concepts like Loyalty mutate into irreversible brain damage. That shit needs to make an appearance in court where we can all get a good long look at it and cut it out with our mind lasers. Civil society needs to make decisions about who we're going to be is what I'm saying.

I like the legal system. I don't like handcuffs and jails, but I simply adore that powerful institutions can be made to face the music. I hope the case goes ahead and the SAS is exposed for what it is. I think people already know, but also live in denial. It suits a lot of folks to live like that. Well, fuck that shit.  Does any human suck harder than the one who won't face what it's own decisions mean for others? Yeah, good point, me, I must an intellectual and a saint. Like, not even a wanker at all or anything.

The story got a look in last night on the 7:30 Report, which is great. I thought maybe the incident would be buried because of the brain dead Aussie loyalty to anything military. The way Australians go on you'd think we were being protected from something, fuck knows what though.

So the horrific brutality has been partly exposed and the small antiwar movement in Australia gets a boost. Sometimes the power of nonviolence is hand delivered by people with too much power making idiots of themselves. Good times.

If all that's a bit dark and serious, here's the latest stupid, silly NSFW 17 minutes of me and David Tulk talking absolute rubbish for fun: The Two Bearded Ladies Show!
